The challenge
Bright Techno Tonic wanted to offer personalized tutoring at scale (1-on-1 sessions, group classes, and self-paced tutorials across subjects and languages) without needing enough live tutors to cover every time zone around the clock.
Our approach
We treated the AI tutor as a real product surface rather than a bolt-on chatbot: real-time messaging, scheduling, and payments all had to work together so a student could move between a live session and an AI session without friction.
The solution
A web platform combining live 1-on-1 and group tutoring, on-demand recorded lessons, and RuMi (an AI tutor available 24/7 through avatar-based or text conversation), backed by real-time session infrastructure, integrated payments, and a content pipeline the academic team runs without engineering support.
